How long until we go live?
Timelines depend on scope, and your custom proposal includes a firm timeline before you commit to anything. You’ll see a working version to test along the way — no black box, no waiting in the dark.
We already use other software. Will this replace it?
It can — if you’d like. If you want to consolidate, I’ll pull your data out of your existing tools and migrate it into a custom build that replaces them entirely. If you’d rather keep your current stack and just fix the gaps it leaves behind, I’ll plug into what you already have. Most clients land somewhere in between — we figure out the right path on the discovery call.
Do we need a technical team to use it?
Nope. Everything is designed for the operations and admin folks who actually run your business. I handle the technical side — you just use it.
What does onboarding look like?
A 30-minute discovery call, then a written proposal in your inbox within two business days. Once you approve the scope, we build — with weekly check-ins and a working version to test before launch.
What if our needs change?
Tell me what’s changing and I update or extend it. That’s the whole point of building it custom — it bends with your business instead of forcing your business to bend with it.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Each build is a one-time, fixed-price project. After launch, ongoing support is optional — pause or cancel whenever it stops being useful.
